Mr. David Thomas (DT)  Lee

 Of Angier North Carolina died on Sunday morning 6:14 a.m. at Betsy Johnson Hospital Dunn NC. David Thomas was born September 28,1919 in Gables, South Carolina to the union of  Mr. and Mrs. Judson and Annie Lee, who both have preceded him in death. He attended Gables Public Schools in South Carolina.  He was joined in Holy Matrimony to Mildred Lee, who preceded him in death. Mr. Lee moved to Angier where he worked for the North Carolina Department of Transportation as supervisor for 40 years. He worked as a part-owner of the Angier Hard Ware Store in the 60’s and worked on the Town Board in Angier. Survivors included his son David Jerry Lee (Daughter-in-law) Debbie Lee. On Wednesday, July 19,2017 the family will have a private gathering and will announce a memorial service at a  later date. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting memorial be made to South Wake Baptist Church. 1025 Shadywood Drive Raleigh, NC 27603.
