Mrs. Ila Patricia Coats of Dunn, North Carolina, died peacefully in her home with her family by her bedside on March 25th, 2021. Mrs. Ila was born on August 26th, 1939 in Harnett County, to the late Blonzie Dean and Rexford Earl Watson, of Dunn, North Carolina. Mrs. Ila Coats was a graduate of Dunn High School in the Harnett County School system. She is preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Coats, mother Blonzie Dean, father Rexford Earl Watson, and three brothers Earl, Larry, and Jimmy Watson. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Patricia Roberts (Coats) of Dunn North Carolina, two sons Sean and Kenneth Coats of Dunn, North Carolina, two brothers Fred and Ted Watson of Dunn, North Carolina, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, family, and friends.

There will be a private family memorial gathering that will be announced by the family at a later time.
