James Manley Raynor 59, of Clinton North Carolina, Died in his home Thursday morning. Arrangements are as follows: on Tuesday October 17, 2017 at Brown's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church  H.B. Lewis Road Clinton NC; from 11:00am to 12:30 pm there will be a public viewing and at 1:00 pm  the Funeral service will be held. immediately following the Funeral, James will have his committal service at Grandview Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Roseboro Hwy NC.
