Johnnie Lee Robinson

Mr. Johnnie Robinson, died peacefully in his home with his family at his bedside on Friday morning, March 5th 2021, in Dunn, North Carolina. Mr. Johnnie on March 8th, 1945 to the late Mamie Robinson and Nate Blue of Dunn, North Carolina.  He was known to his family and friends as Uncle Johnnie, who loved and cared for his family deeply. Mr. Johnnie was a father figure to many, served many hats in the family and he loved working outside and helping others. Mr. Johnnie retired from the Harnett County School system in 2008. He worked in multiple different schools, but Dunn High School is where he was remember most after 43 years of serving. He is preceded in death by his mother Mamie Robinson, father Nate Blue, and his two sisters Georgia Thompson and Elizabeth Robinson, all of Dunn North Carolina. Left to cherish his memory is his nieces, Viva Murphy (Marion) and Ann Jones, two nephews Johnny Jones and Gary Blue (Moneak) all of Dunn, North Carolina, a host of great nieces and great nephews, and his special friend Della Bland.

There will be a graveside service on March 9th, 2021 at 11:30 am, at Rest Haven Cemetery, Dunn, North Carolina.
