Judy Denise Colvin

Judy Denise Colvin of Angier, North Carolina departed this life on Thursday January 21, 2021 at 2pm.  Judy Denise Colvin was born on June 12, 1969 to the late Boston and Kattie Colvin at their home in Sampson County. Judy was well known throughout Sampson and Harnett County. She was the baby girl of the family. Judy was a stay at home mom that took care of her son Elliott Colvin. Judy loved life to the fullest even with her health problems nothing seemed to slow her down. She cared for and was loved by many, for that we will always cherish what memories we have of her. Her favorite thing was playing spades. There was nothing like watching Aunt Judy ,her sister Annie  and their partners play spades. It brought so much joy to watch them enjoy a night of playing cards. Even though Judy had a lot of special people in her life, there was one very special little one she held near and dear to her heart. Yasmin her great great niece  was born on Judy's birthday of June 12th. Just knowing she had a birthday twin seemed to light up her day. Judy was loved by many and we will miss her dearly. She is now in Heaven dancing with her loved ones that welcome her home. No matter the years that may pass her memories will live on in our hearts everyday Judy Denise Colvin is preceded in death by her parents Boston and Kattie Colvin, Her oldest sister Sallie Horton, her oldest brother Tony Colvin, and her niece Joanna Council. She leaves to cherish her memory. Her son Elliott Colvin of Dunn NC. Annie Council (Cleo) of Angier NC, Mary Colvin of Clinton NC, Edward Colvin of Rocky Mount NC, Doretha Williams of Godwin NC, and Love Colvin of Dunn NC, her caretaker Kelly West and her son, 12 nieces and nephews , 23 great nieces and nephews and 1 great great niece.
