Mrs.Rose Bullard Suggs died peacefully on November 15, 2018 at Wake Med, Raleigh, NC after experiencing unexpected complications. Rose was born in Fayetteville at Cape Fear Valley Hospital to Mark Alexander Bullard and the late Natalie S. Bullard. Rose lived in Dunn, NC where she grew up and attended Plainview Elementary School. She graduated from Midway High School in 2014. She pursued a college career at Central Carolina Community College. She also attended Mt. Olive College, Mt. Olive, NC where she graduated with an Associate degree in Early Education. She was employed at Belk of Dunn NC. Rose meet Charles Brandon Suggs and they were joined in marriage. Wherever Rose went she was known to be a very happy person, spreading sunshine with a smile on her face. She was an avid pet lover and owned two dogs Duke, and Dinky. At her death, Rose became an organ and tissue donor in which she now has been able to help many people. She was preceded in death by her mother Natalie S. Bullard. She is survived by her (husband) Charles Brandon Suggs, (father) Mark A. Bullard, (brother) Jarred L. Bullard and his wife Kalli, (nephew) Isaac, & (niece) Christi of Dunn, (grandparents) Norman and Janie Steber of Dunn, (aunt) Renee Lett and husband Steve of Columbia, SC, (uncle) Robert Bullard and wife June of Angier, her (mother and father in-law) Beth and Byron Suggs of Dunn, (sister-law) Jessica Suggs of Colorado, Springs Co. A memorial service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, on Sunday November 25, 2018 at 3:30 at 2305 W. Cumberland St, Dunn, NC.
