Tommy Ray West

Tommy Ray West of Spring Lake, North Carolina died peacefully in his home with family early Saturday Morning  he earned his heavenly wings December 4,2021. Tommy Ray West was born March 8, 1949, in Harnett County, North Carolina, to Mr. and Mrs. Ethel and Willie West. Tommy went to Harnett Public School System where he graduated and went on to Electrical School. Tommy met and then married Vickie on March 23, 1975, together they have 4 children. Tommy worked for fifty plus years as an electrician in his Spring Lake Community, which was one of his biggest passions. Preceded in death father, Willie West and mother, Ethel West. Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Vickie and children Timothy, Brendan, Shannon, and Michaela. He is also survived by his remaining siblings, Willie, Wilma Jean, Jimmy, Bobby, and Dennis. Tommy had a love of the simple things in life. He enjoyed fishing, simple things were his favorite past time, as he enjoyed bundling up in his cozy chair and watching his favorite television shows. A simple man, a simple life, he will be missed by all the people he was most important to in the world. There will be a private family memorial gathering to be announced by the family at a later time.
